We've been pursuing Charlie Brewer to become a sponsor for a couple of months and just heard back this week that he wants to partner with my guide business!  We have been super impressed by these baits.  This past week we caught 400 fish, all on the slider.  Big bluegills, crappies, walleyes, smallmouth, largemouth, and northerns - all love this plastic.  You have got to give them a try (www.sliderfishing.com)!  We fish them on a jighead, anywhere from a 1/16 oz - 1/4 oz. Most of the time you had to dig the jig out of the fish's mouth.
