Just wanted to get out to try the new Garmin's (super impressive technology) and did a little fishing at the same time.  Water temps are cold, like 45-46 degrees cold.  So I fished a number of baits, but only had one bass to show for it.  But the one that I caught was a beautiful fish - my guess is roughly a 4 pounder.  Fished a jerkbait slowly - long pauses and pulled the bait more than jerked it.
