Summer '25 Guided Fishing on Lake George, NY

They call Lake George the Queen of American Lakes because of its stunning beauty and crystal clear waters. When Thomas Jefferson first saw it he said it was "the most beautiful water I ever saw" in 1791. Everything about Lake George is overwhelming - including learning to fish it. It’s a daunting task - 32 miles long with a maximum depth of over 200 feet. If deep, clear lakes are intimidating to you - it might be a good summer to consider booking a trip with me to learn this amazing fishery!
Trip options:
Smallmouth Bass: Learn what presentations work best at different times throughout the summer. One of my favorite presentations is a hair jig. I catch some of my biggest smallies all summer long on a hair jig. I tie them and sell them. Something to consider.
Lake George is a great place to learn to fish. We catch a lot of fish and young and old stay engaged.
Learn to jig for lake trout: We have been learning a ton over the last decade about how to target and trigger lakers; the results each summer are super impressive and encouraging.
My season starts around the middle of June and ends around the middle of August - book early as dates tend to fill up!
