Local Lansing Fishing

Weather is too good not to be out.  Fished Monday Nov. 4 and found water temps still in the low 50's.  We have a bit to go before ice (hope to keep the boat out all winter!).  Fished jerkbaits and pounded fish.  Tons of 12" bass.  Caught a number of nice ones.  Micah got the big fish of the day (no surprise there) - about a 4 lb Largemouth.  Only one walleye.  Had a nice northern flash at my bait.  Fished purple descent Rapala deep diving shadow raps.  All fish released for another day.
