Strip pit 2/1/14

I had a chance to fish a private strip pit down in Pottersville today.  Weather was perfect.  Front moving through.  Snow flying.  But the fish were only somewhat cooperative.  We caught a bunch of bluegills, about 10 were worth cleaning.  The highlight of the day was the largemouth bass action.  We only caught 3, but two were between 4-5 lbs.  My son caught one on a jig.  Beautiful fish.
